2972 Isolibrium Support Surface - 2108xxxxxxxx through Current

      Standized the 2971 mattress components with the 2973 mattress components:
1. Replace the production turn bladders and pump with the 2973 components (PNs 297300210007 and 297300210014) that are
RoHS3 compliant in the mattress assembly PN 2972-021-001 and footbox assembly PN 2971-022-008.
2. Update the top level 2972 assembly to include the new manual PN.
